Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Glamnetic US is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact your local post office or carrier.
- If the package is still missing, contact us at qklnwqlpwx@iubridge.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Address Changes
We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
